Service Description

• Site comparison and analysis tools
• Broker lead tracking and commission management
• Team collaboration features

AI Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Site evaluations are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. AI-generated analyses:

• May contain errors or inaccuracies
• Should not replace professional engineering or legal assessments
• Are not guarantees of site suitability or value
• Should be verified by qualified professionals before relying on them

SiteSelector is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated evaluations.

Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Recurring charges at the frequency you selected (monthly or annual)
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing date
• No refunds for partial billing periods

Cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Broker Commission Terms

Brokers registered on SiteSelector agree to the following commission terms:

• Commission rate is set at the time of broker registration (typically 3%)
• Commissions are earned upon verified deal closure
• Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect to your linked bank account
• 1099 tax forms will be issued for commissions exceeding IRS thresholds
• SiteSelector reserves the right to verify deals before approving commissions

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI systems
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Resell or redistribute our evaluation reports without permission

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITESELECTOR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED EVALUATIONS.
